Flooring Company Serving Fort Lauderdale, FL

Fort Lauderdale’s Flooring Partner, Just North on Federal Highway

There are many types of homes in Fort Lauderdale. All need flooring, including canal-front homes with docks in the backyard, high-rise condos on the beach and established neighborhoods further inland. That said, they all have to deal with salt air, humidity and concrete slab foundations. We’ve been figuring out how that works for twenty years. That’s why we offer wide-plank engineered hardwood and a genuinely curated tile selection in our showroom.

As a family business a short drive up the coast, you never have to work through a call center dispatching a truck. Fort Lauderdale has always been part of our service area.

Our core values guide how we work on each project:
  • Shows Up
  • Owns the Problem
  • Protects the Business
  • Professional in All Interactions
  • Asks Great Questions
  • A Little Levity

More than just a slogan, it’s how we run things.

Flooring Products for Fort Lauderdale Homes

Hardwood Flooring

In our showroom, wide-plank engineered hardwood is our deepest specialty. Why? It can handle humidity and not lose its shape over concrete slab construction. Character grades, exotics and patterned finishes in our collection are so deep that other showrooms send their clients here.

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

When you choose a luxury vinyl plank (LVP), you’re choosing layered construction. Each plank has a scratch-resistant wear layer, a waterproof core and an image layer that’s difficult to tell apart from real wood, making it a practical choice in any household with kids, pets or a boat that tracks in sand.

Laminate Flooring

Compressed wood fibers and resin make up laminate flooring. The finish looks just like real wood grain, but comes at an affordable price. Bear in mind that this option is water-resistant, not waterproof, which is better for living spaces rather than rooms closest to the pool deck or wet bar.

Carpet

When it comes to bedrooms and quiet spaces, carpet shines. Fiber, texture and pile height also make a bigger difference than you think. The padding underneath also helps carry these types of jobs.

Tile & Stone

Shop curated Italian and Spanish porcelain as well as ceramic, natural stone, mosaic and glass tile. Our team installs it too. Don’t expect us to pass the work off to someone else after the material is sold unless that’s your preference.

Flooring Services in Fort Lauderdale

Flooring Installation

Our trusted network of installers is more than happy to install every category of flooring we carry including hardwood, LVP, laminate, carpet and tile. Before starting each job, we do real subfloor prep and layout planning. You won’t find us simply dropping materials into place.

Flooring Removal

Removing old flooring needs to be done carefully. That’s why we check what’s underneath first. Before we start installing new flooring, we identify moisture damage, structural issues and leveling needs upfront.

Trade & Builder Services

We give Fort Lauderdale builders, contractors and designers project-ready quotes and a team that understands build timelines. This includes new construction buyers looking to upgrade past builder-grade flooring.

  • Twenty Years, One Reputation: We’ve been building up our reputation in this corridor for over two decades, not spreading across a hundred markets at once.
