We only start recommending materials after finding out what you’re solving for. We ask you the important questions: what the space is for, what’s worked and hasn’t in the past and what makes a room feel right to you. Good questions will get you the right floor faster than browsing on your own.
Once we know what you’re looking for, we lay out a small set of options, not fifty. There’s always enough there to catch your eye, but not so many that you’re overwhelmed.
At this point, we build a detailed estimate to send your way. We can discuss every line. Question about a number or product? We will walk you through everything piece by piece so it makes sense.
Here’s what that looks like for engineered wood. If you choose engineered wood, we bring in an actual box or lot of the material so you can see and approve it before moving forward. We don’t order anything without your approval.
After you approve the materials, we do everything else. If we’re installing, the material arrives on schedule and goes in properly, with no surprises.
After the crew leaves, there’s still more to do. We follow up with a call or do an on-site walkthrough when the project calls for it. Alongside the installer’s final check, our second set of eyes makes sure the floor goes down as it should.
